Like most individuals, we impose stress on our bodies both intrinsically and extrinsically that ultimately leads to imbalance within ourselves. As these imbalances manifest themselves, the body learns to compensate in an attempt to preserve our health and function. Unfortunately, as we learn to compensate with areas of our body; muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, peripheral and central nervous system, just to name a few, begin to deteriorate, leading to further compensation on a microscopic and macroscopic levels. We see these examples in an individual who have extensive orthopedic surgery ( i.e. total hip and knee replacements) morphologically have develop extensive scar tissue (fibrosis) consequently increasing the friction forces in the body ( between tissues) leading to other orthopedic problems (tendonitis), loss of range of motion, mechanical pain and ultimately loss of function and further compensation throughout the kinetic chain. This cascade of negative physiological, biomechanical, and anatomical responses can be ongoing and extremely discerning to the patient.

Staff
Richard Bebout, PT, C.E.A.S.
Richard puts his heart and soul into All Sports Therapy Athletic Rehabilitation, Inc.. Richard graduated from the University of Health Sciences Chicago Medical School. Throughout his thirty-one years of experience as a Physical Therapist he continues to maintain continuous education on alternative therapy treatments and various other rehabilitation therapy. Richard is the only Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialized in Kings County and the only PT in the Central Valley certified to offer and perform ASTYM procedures. The new cutting edge procedure of low level laser certification has given the clinic the state of the art in healing therapy. Richard’s leisure time is spent with his wife Jeanne of thirty years, his four children; Rick, Nick, Marissa, and Alexandria. Next fall Richard will have three of his four children in college. The balance of his time, Richard coach’s youth sports, offers speed camps, lectures and scuba dives.
Judd Mynderup, M.P.T.
Judd received his M.P.T. from Sacramento State, B.S. in Kinesiology from CSU Fresno. Recently a newlywed to wife Stefani, a school teacher; they reside in their hometown of Hanford. Judd has worked at All Sports Therapy Athletic Rehabilitation, Inc. for the last eleven years.
Darlene Ayers
Darlene Ayers joined All Sports Therapy Athletic Rehabilitation, Inc. in 1991 and has been a huge asset to the managing team. Darlene expertise in billing and keeping the office running smoothly is clearly noted throughout our staff and office presentation. Darlene thrives on challenges and a fast pace environment. Darlene’s days off are spent gardening with her husband Tom and decorating their new home in Three Rivers.
